Defenders of Magic rough draft is done! Now I start the editing process. This will take a month or so. Then it's finding a cover and getting all the publishing steps done. Fingers crossed I'll have it published by June.
Wild Magic 2 and Wayfarer 12 are both in the works. I'm into the second chapter in both of them. As is normal for me, I have both sets of characters bothering me to write their story. Last night I worked on Wayfarer after a long day of driving to help my middle daughter. I had more scenes right there but my eyes wouldn't stay open.
Wild Magic which I wasn't sure if I would do a sequel to has been busy. Sometimes I see where the characters are taking me and other times, I don't. It will be an interesting experience writing the next step in their story.
March, April and May are going to be busy months for me with family stuff. Most likely my writing time will be evenings and weekends will be tasks for family stuff.
Still I'm determined. I hope to get the Defenders novel out by June. I'll see how long it takes me to write the other two. Hopefully they will be done by the end of summer and ready for publishing.
While helping my daughter yesterday I had all sorts of ideas for crocheting, there will be new patterns coming out as well. So much to do and not enough time. All I can do is one thing (or three or four) at a time.

Creating Patterns (3/23/17)
The way my brain works often surprises me. With my daughter moving, I took a friend to her (who doesn't drive) and waited while this friend helped my daughter pack. Since my daughter lives in an upstairs apartment, this meant I was stuck in my car for several hours.
If you're not being rejected, maybe you're not trying hard enough
